YARN Evening Menu

Dartmouth, Devon

We serve Smashburgers that people often say are "the best they've ever had" — and they're right. We hand-roll 6oz of 80/20 best Devon beef from Dartmouth Butchers, smash and flatten it on a sizzling griddle to initiate the Maillard reaction, season with homemade salts, then fry, flip, and sear once more. The result is the centrepiece of one of our ten outstanding, unique Smashburger recipes.

The Carbonator One — price as per chosen burger
For a lighter meal, your chosen burger's ingredients are served on a bed of crispy fresh lettuce and sliced tomato with YARN sauce — instead of in a brioche bap.
All our Smashburgers are served in a toasted, buttered brioche bap — unless The Carbonator One is chosen.
